Terms & Conditions — 65gl Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 65gl website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or using any feature of the 65gl platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the 65gl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 65gl platform, regardless of how access is obtained — whether via web browser on desktop or mobile device, through any future 65gl mobile application, or through any other access method that 65gl may make available from time to time. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 65gl relating to the subject matter herein.

65gl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the 65gl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for online casino-style gaming in the Philippines as set by PAGCOR. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before placing any wager.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register accounts on the 65gl platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or 65gl, and must not have a currently active self-exclusion period on any regulated Philippine gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 65gl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 65gl platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid government-issued ID details, and a valid GCash number or other accepted payment method identifier. 65gl will verify this information as part of its mandatory KYC process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 65gl Login credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by an unauthorized party who gained access through your negligence — is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify 65gl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 65gl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using temporary, disposable, or false identity information will be terminated without notice and without refund of any deposited funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 65gl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 65gl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your verification level and the payment method used.
• Deposits are credited to your 65gl wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed full identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• 65gl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the account flagged for review.
• 65gl reserves the right to apply a processing fee on withdrawals in exceptional circumstances, which will be disclosed to the player prior to processing.
• Winnings subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

65gl offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general principles governing all 65gl bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-related winnings.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited upon expiry of the promotion window.

• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for termination.
• Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 65gl platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 65gl are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any external party, including 65gl.
• Live casino games are conducted by real dealers operating under the rules of the respective game. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the video recording of the session shall be the definitive reference.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set by 65gl and are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change remain valid at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• 65gl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, data feed error, pricing error, or any other circumstance that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes.
• Winnings will not be paid on bets placed after the relevant event or game round has concluded, even if the platform interface erroneously accepted such bets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 65gl platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tools to interact with the 65gl platform in a manner not intended for natural human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to 65gl support immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting a bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 65gl employees to manipulate game outcomes or obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 65gl platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 65gl.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, age verification, or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward 65gl support staff or other platform users.
• Reproducing, republishing, or distributing any content from the 65gl platform without prior written authorization from 65gl.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

65gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure at 65gl's discretion, subject to applicable law.
• Direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine court or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, net of any applicable administrative fees, within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 65gl platform — including but not limited to the 65gl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of 65gl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 65gl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 65gl content without express prior written consent from 65gl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 65gl's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

65gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the 65gl platform, even if 65gl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

65gl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or circumstances beyond 65gl's control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions) may result in temporary service unavailability. 65gl will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

65gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 65gl Privacy Policy.

65gl implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and 65gl cannot warrant absolute security of your information.

12 Responsible Gaming

65gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Philippine players on the platform. Gaming on 65gl is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income or a strategy for resolving financial difficulties.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion options are available ranging from a temporary break to permanent account closure. Players who self-exclude will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The 65gl platform operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved through 65gl's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint channels.

For players in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other regions of the Philippines, these Terms are enforceable to the full extent permitted by applicable Philippine law. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is not lawful do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

14 Amendments to These Terms

65gl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 65gl will provide notice to active account holders via the registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon login.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the 65gl platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
